Who we are…

James Davies and Giuliana La Pera met over a resort project in the Indian Ocean, before ultimately becoming both husband and wife and business partners. Giuliana founded the search company, after a successful ten years in prime central London sales, with a clear vision to act exclusively in the best interests of buyers, rather than sellers.

James joined bringing a complimentary skill set, having been Residential Director on the iconic Shard, Europe’s tallest building and principal advisor on diverse projects worldwide, including the Burj Khalifa, the regeneration of Paddington Basin and the Four Seasons Residences in Seychelles.

La Pera Davies have a wealth of experience, an unrivalled black book and love the challenge of finding the hidden gems.
